Operating Principles
Routes are openly labeled by type across three tiers: IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. The node listing page only shows static facts — country, city, route type, and streaming support — with no fabricated real-time figures. The route pool is continuously adjusted based on actual performance; routes that fall short get pulled and replaced rather than left on the list as padding.
For connection or billing issues, submit a request through the user panel ticket system, and requests are handled in the order received. Not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment? Get a full refund, no conditions attached. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Privacy Stance
Sign-up requires no email address — just a username and password to activate your account. This service does not log browsing activity, and data collection follows a minimal-footprint principle: only the order information needed for billing and account management is retained, and it's never used for anything else.
