Unpaid orders can be canceled anytime at no cost. The whole process requires no email address — a username and password are enough to register and purchase.

Refund Guarantee

Within 14 days of the first payment, if the speed, routes, or service aren't satisfactory, a full refund can be requested with no extra conditions. To request one: log into the user dashboard, submit a ticket noting the order number and reason for the refund; once confirmed, funds are returned through the original payment channel. This guarantee applies to an account's first paid order, with one purpose — reduce the cost of trying it to zero, so the decision to pay can come before, not after, the verification.
